Update on injured Sidecar crew at Pre-TT Classic Road Races

Following an incident at Stadium Corner during the Sidecar race at the Blackford’s Pre-TT Classic Road Races on Sunday afternoon which resulted in the race being red flagged.

Sidecar crew of Danny Quirk from Halifax and Leicester passenger Dylan Weston were taken to Nobles Hospital for treatment.

Driver Danny was discharged last night with a clavicle fracture. Passenger Dylan has leg fractures and is awaiting transfer to a Liverpool Hospital for further treatment.

 

Promoters, Southern 100 Racing wish both a full recovery and thank the medical personnel and marshals for their attention at the incident.
