4 Hire at Ocean Motor Village Continue their Support at the Colas Billown Races
Southern 100 Racing are pleased to confirm that 4 Hire at Ocean Motor Village are to resume their valued support at the races held on the Colas Billown Course for 2022.
The local company, based at the Isle of Man Business Park have been involved with the race organisers, Southern 100 Racing since 2010 providing recovery vehicles for use during qualifying and racing.
As recognion for the tremendous help from 4 Hire, Southern 100 Racing will be in 2022, running at the Blackford Financial Services Pre-TT Classic Road Races: the Post Classic Superbike Race in the name of 4 Hire at Ocean Motor Village in recognition of their support.
Chief Marshal, Peter Chadwick said: ‘4 Hire at Ocean Motor Village supply us with quality important and integral vehicles to allow us to speedily recover competitors machines and sidecar outfits as and when required ensuring we comply with racing regulation. We also use the vans during practice and racing to replenish any marshal’s equipment that may be required at the various posts and to transport Recticel’s and hay bales if required to make running repairs to any damage.
‘Our recovery marshal teams are well drilled in handling machines with care and with care to themselves as it is not an easy job. Having modern tail lift vehicles certainly helps and we are very grateful to 4 Hire at Ocean Motor Village and to their helpful and friendly supportive staff.’
